My question from all of you is that which type of study is more credible? Qualitative or Quantitative?

I think quantitative is more reliable as it deals with numbers, facts and figures.

There is no clear answer to your question, as reliablity of the method depends on the type of research you are doing. They both are great to use in your study.

Qualitative Research deals with the human behaviour and helps in examining the meaning individuals and groups attribute to a social or human problem. The questions in this kind of research are formed keeping in mind the participant’s setting, data analysis inductively building from specific to general themes, and the researcher making interpretations of the meaning of the data.
Quantitative Research is a process to examine the theories by testing the relationship between the variables. This type of research is done on instruments.
