I want to know if anyone of you has used the RQDA tool in their study. If yes, then, please give me some feedback or suggestions.

RQDA is reliable. It can take some time in the initial stages, but once, you will have a hand on it, you will be able to perform every action. You can also use Nvivo, MaxQDA, Dedoose, AtlasTI, but they are not free.

You should surely use RQDA. It is easy to use, and of course an open source tool for qualitative analysis.
Give it a try once!
