I need to analyse the effect of dependent variable across independent variable. So, my question is which method I should select; Two-Way ANOVA or Mixed ANOVA? Also, explain your choice pls.

I think you must use two-factor mixed ANOVA. It is also known as two-factor mixed-design ANOVA. You can refer to an examples in the link given below:

Let me support my choice with an answer, I am asking you to use the same because there is a difference between an independent ANOVA and a mixed-design ANOVA. As mixed-design ANOVA is based on the number of times your dependent variable (DV) is measured per subject. At last, I would like to say that you should give a description to your research design and must use a mixed design ANOVA.
