Yes, it can be extended. Standard RST typically deals with one decision attribute. For multiple decisions, you can:
1) Decompose the problem into multiple single-decision tables and combine rules.
2) Use Dominance-based Rough Set Approach (DRSA) for ordered, multi-criteria decisions.
3) Treat the set of decision attributes as a composite and define equivalence classes over it, then proceed with attribute reduction and rule induction on this composite.
