Temperature affects flow and warping; cold environments can cause poor layer adhesion, while 20–25?°C is ideal. Humidity is critical for hygroscopic materials like Nylon or PVA—moisture can cause bubbling, weak extrusion, and poor part strength. Resin printing is also sensitive to humidity. A controlled, stable environment ensures consistent, high-quality prints.

Got it. So maintaining both temperature and humidity is really key, especially for materials that absorb moisture.

In addition, ambient airflow and ventilation also play a role. Drafts or sudden temperature changes can cause uneven cooling, leading to warping or layer separation. Using enclosures for filament printers or humidity-controlled storage for filaments can significantly improve print reliability, especially for sensitive materials.
