Here are some options that you can check out: Some journals apart from providing Open access which comes with Article processing charges (APC) also provide a Subscription option with no open access with no publication charges.  You can also check if the journal provides a Green open access (e.g. self-archiving) Funding from the institute can also help you out. If none of the above options works in your case, then you might want to consider Paying for the journal or choosing a different journal.
