https://www.savetheinternet.com/net-neutrality-what-you-need-know-now . So, after reading your question, I did a little googling and found this page. I found one interesting sub-theme in it. “Why is Net Neutrality crucial for communities of color?” I guess you should focus your research on this sub-theme. You will definitely find some brilliant ideas. This theme has a lot of scope. And don’t be demotivated. You will do good. Net neutrality is quite a catchy topic. Just in case, you find it hard to come up with a conceptual framework or methodology, take professional help from http://www.thesisindia.net/

Try some professional services. https://www.chanakya-research.com/ provides expert assistance. If you are sure about your research area then you can ask them to help you choose some research topics. I too took professional thesis assistance while performing my PhD coursework. I spoke of my interest area and they suggested me three topics, completely unexplored. Saved a lot of time and was able to finish my PhD in less than 3 years.

Hi! so sad to hear that it’s been more than a year and you are still stuck up with your lit. review. Net neutrality isn’t something that you can’t find enough material about it to research about. It is all over on the digital platform. If you are tired of reading journals and research papers, then try something new. Go visit some of your local ISPs and see what they have to say about it. You will get a lot of first hand information from these guys. You might end up with some good inside secrets.

Aren’t you coordinating with your professors? They should help you out with narrowing down your research. They should suggest you some substantial material to help you out.
