My current project is related to privacy preservation in a distributed environment. I need assistance in identifying the preliminaries considered for selecting the appropriate privacy-preserving model.

In general, the appropriate privacy preserving model is selected based on the preliminary constraints such as security models, computation domains and secret sharing mechanism. Incorporating various encryption algorithms like blowfish, DES, Triple DES can help in improving privacy over the big data platform.
