Your results section should first provide a high-level summary: the total studies included, their designs, and overall characteristics. Then, structure findings by your review's key themes or PICO elements. Present a structured summary table of included studies. For narrative synthesis, group studies by outcome or theme, describing patterns and discrepancies. For meta-analysis, present forest plots and heterogeneity statistics (I²). Crucially, integrate the quality appraisal, highlighting how risk of bias might influence the results. This ensures a clear, evidence-based narrative.
