The hurdles are massive and sequential. First, securing initial funding is the giant wall—convincing angels or VCs to take a risk on you. Then comes navigating complex regulations, breaking into a crowded market, and finding skilled talent you can afford. Finally, the challenge of scaling operations efficiently hits. While support varies by location, the lack of early-stage risk capital and a culture that celebrates entrepreneurship (not just success) are often the most decisive constraints.
