Where to see space law in action

I keep reading about the Outer Space Treaty, but where do space lawyers actually work? Like, what are the real-world documents and cases where this stuff gets applied?

Look at the agreements behind actual missions—the ISS Intergovernmental Agreement is a classic. On the national level, laws like the US Commercial Space Launch Act govern companies like SpaceX. You can also see it in the licensing rules for Starlink-type constellations, in the debris mitigation guidelines satellites have to follow, and in the one big liability case we have: Cosmos 954, where Canada billed the USSR for cleanup after their nuclear satellite crashed.
