How is diode reverse recovery loss calculated in a ccm converter?

I need to estimate reverse recovery losses in a continuous conduction mode converter. What parameters drive this calculation?

The loss depends on the di/dt after the MOSFET turns on—which is set by the MOSFET's turn-on speed, the DC-link voltage, and parasitic inductance in the commutation loop. The diode's reverse recovery charge (Qrr) is key. The simplified loss formula: Loss ≈ Vdc × Qrr × fsw. It's an approximation, but it captures the dominant factors: voltage, stored charge, and switching frequency. Accurate Qrr from the datasheet is essential.
