From my experience, the strongest drivers of green manufacturing are regulatory pressure, cost savings from efficiency, and technological maturity. I have seen firms adopt greener processes when energy costs rise or environmental standards tighten. Leadership commitment and employee skills also play a critical role. I would recommend combining policy incentives with access to clean technologies and training. When environmental performance aligns with competitiveness, green manufacturing becomes a strategic choice rather than a compliance burden.
