Hi Lolita,   Before using any appraisal tools, you need to try segregating the problems.  And there is no best tool, but It's about how we use the appropriate appraisal tools in the best way, which helps reduce the burden and solve the issues of your project. There are different appraisal tools, but I will suggest that you better try CASP because it is good to evaluate the strengths and limitations of qualitative research methodology compared to other appraisal tools.   Best Regards - Mia
