3 years ago in Qualitative Research By Jenny
Currently, I am applying qualitative research to evaluate employee motivation with the employee information, general views, and other details for a minimum of 20 people. Can anyone give suggestions on which triangulation method is appropriate for calculating qualitative research on employee motivation?

Hi Jeni, It is good to know that you are using triangulation methods for evaluating qualitative research in employee motivation. There are different types of triangulation methods that are used for various purposes. When it comes to finding qualitative analysis of employee motivation, you can use the data triangulation method. Applying the data triangulation method or cross-examination is a good idea because it is the easiest method; however, you can also try a mixed-method qualitative study to evaluate employee motivation. I have used this approach for my research projects, and the outcome is satisfactory and beneficial for my research.

Hi Jeni, The data triangulation method helps to increase the validity and reliability of your research. Since you plan to gather multiple pieces of information, including person, time, and space, from different sources, it is better to use the data triangulation method.
