How to write result section?

How do I write result section in my research paper. I have to submit my research paper as soon as possible. Quick response will be appreciated.

The results section involves the summary of data collected and your observations that you carried out during your scientific experiments. Include: Results that answer the research question (most important) Data you can use to outline important trends Results that you intend to address in the discussion section Results of statistical analyses, results related to those obtained by other researchers, and also negative results.

There are two ways of presenting and organizing the results. The first method is to present the results and add a short discussion explaining them at the end, before leading into the discussion proper. The other way is to present a section and then discuss it, before presenting the next section with a short discussion. This pattern is mostly followed in longer papers.

While writing a result section, do not forget to include: Data presented in tables, charts, graphs, and other figures A contextual analysis of this data explaining its meaning in sentence form Report on data collection Data that corresponds to the central research question(s) Secondary findings
