I spend my whole day thinking about aims and objectives for my paper, there is nothing else of which i can think.

There would be several research objectives following one research aim and several research objectives to facilitate the achievement of this aim.
Aims and Objectives should be concise, brief, interrelated. There would be a slight difference between aim and objective: aim is what you want to achieve, and the objective describes how you are going to achieve that aim. Remember that, you should be realistic while making your aims and objectives.

Don’t be too vague, ambiguous or broad in scope.
Don’t repeat your points in different terms.
Don’t add such objectives that contradict your own research method or topix.
Make sure you formulate your aims and objectives in such a way that you achieve them at the end of your research because you need to mention them in the conclusion of your project whether you have met your objectives or not.
