Asking about the eligibility qualification for joining PhD

Hi Sir,

I'm Jayanthi.J, I have completed my Post Graduation in MBA(Finance) from University of Madras through Distance Education. I wanted to do PhD in Management Studies and I would like to know about the eligiblity conditions for doing PhD.
