Hey, Use gnucap. This is a simulator with its engine designed to perform true mixed-mode simulation.The primary component of this tool is a simulator and performs transient analyses, nonlinear dc, ac analysis and fourier analysis.

Go with ktechlab. This can be used for both schematic as well as simulator purpose. Ktechlab is a popular IDE for electronics and microcontrollers. It not just supports circuit simulation but also program development for microcontrollers and their simulation with its application circuit.

I would suggest you to use xcircuit. Although it is a general-purpose drawing tool, it is also a CAD program that is used for circuit schematic drawing and schematic capture purpose.
