Suggestions for softwares

I am doing PhD from Pondicherry University in microbiology. The topic of my research is Microbial Biofilms: Case reviews on the Bacterial and fungal pathogens persisting on biomaterials and environmental substrate.
I have collected data for my research but now i have to analyse it and it’s confusing. So, I need help in analysis of data using fisat software or I can use any other software may be SPSS or any other.
Please look into the topic and suggest the best software for the data analysis of my research area and one more thing give me some brief about the software suggested.

Hey, I am not from your background but one thing I know for sure is that you should analyse your topic and collected data properly and then choose the software for data analysis.
