I want to measure the height of a tree at frequent intervals. Which tool/equipment should I use for this purpose?

Emanuelly, the standard tool that can be used to measure the height of the tree is drill point gauge. This tool is efficient and useful.

Sure. this tool consists of blade, head and handle. The side of the head is used in measuring the growth of the tree that extends at a right angle from the blade.

Emanuelly to vertically measure the growth of the tree you can use Auxanometer. It is a metallic scale that is fitted to a vertical stand which meets forming a right angle with the arm that supports vertical stand.
