I am in the 2nd year of my PhD and the background of my study is civil engineering and the topic of my research is A novel technique for monitoring the engineering structure based on embedded sensors. I have to process solid movement information of Indian district which I have downloaded from COSMOS webpage. I want to plot time versus increasing speed and compute some different parameters like PGA, arias force and so on.

At the present time I’m utilizing SeismoSignal programming yet COSMOS information isn’t supporting in this product separated this please recommend me some other programming.

Hi, i am not sure about such softwares because i have never done this type of study. But one can write MATLAB or python scripts to read the COSMOS data. As after reading your query i searched online and got the name of these two softwares. Read about them on the internet. I am sure you will find them useful.

It’s so simple my friend. You are just missing out a basic thing, you just need to do some alterations in the format of time history records from COSMOS to SeismoSignal, and then try doing it,  in my opinion, it would then work in an appropriate manner.
