Problem with downloading a software

Software

I need to download the 2013 Autodesk Simulation CFD for Windows 64-bit student version for my research. I even tried doing it, but it always shows an error telling me: “Cannot initialize license manager: ADLM: startup failed”
What to do now?
Please help.
