Fear usually comes from treating decisions as permanent and high-stakes. It helps to see them as experiments, not verdicts. Limit your options, set a deadline, and gather “good enough” information instead of chasing certainty. Thinking through the worst-case scenario often reveals it’s manageable. Most importantly, remember that not deciding is also a decision—and it often carries the bigger cost
