Requirements of IEEE journal

I want to get my manuscript published in IEEE journal. What are the requirements that must be met by my manuscript? Any suggestions?

Rishab, mainly avoid plagiarism. Manuscript submitted to IEEE will be scanned for plagiarism.
If the manuscript is plagiarized to another author’s work, then it will be rejected from IEEE access and will be reported to the IEEE IPR.

Rahul you are absolutely right. Within no time manuscript will be rejected by IEEE. Some of the other guidance you need to follow are:
Manuscript (PDF) in double column, single-spaced format
Keywords
Biographies of the listed authors
Opposed reviewers

Interdisciplinary topics that does not fit within the scope of traditional journals
Manuscript describing interesting solutions to information system design challenges
Development of improved fabrication
Manuscripts reporting measurement techniques
