How should I structure my paper?

My research work is ready, and now, I need to structure it properly. Please tell me some guidelines to follow.

The structure of your paper should be organised and focused on what you really want to write. Your every paragraph should be able to relate to each other. The introduction of the paper should introduce the main idea of yours behind writing the paper, and the conclusion should restate the central argument of your paper with some evidence.
