What does "e-health excellence" actually look like on the ground?

Everyone wants "e-health excellence." But concretely—what does a hospital or clinic with excellent digital health actually do differently?

It's not about having the most expensive systems. It's about integration. Excellence means: usability (clinicians actually want to use it), interoperability (systems talk to each other, no duplicate entry), security (data is protected without blocking access), and outcomes (care gets safer, faster, more coordinated). The tech is just a tool. Excellence is when the tool disappears into the workflow and care simply works better.
