Both methods are equally good. However, I would still advise you to use suspension culture method.
This is because this method is apt for cell lines that are non adhesive and also for cells adapted to suspension culture.
This approach lets easier to move, but needs cell counts on a daily basis and viability determination to adhere to growth patterns.
Here the cultures can be diluted in order to stimulate the growth.

Suspension culture can be preferred over adherent culture. .
This is because the suspension approach does not require any mechanical dissociation or enzymatic.
Also suspension cell culture can be maintained in non-treated culture vessels.
But it definitely needs agitation for good amount of gas exchange.
Also since the growth is limited by concentration of cells in the medium, it is easy to scale up.

I would suggest you to go with adherent method. This approach is apt for several cell types
including the primary culture. Cells can be dissociated mechanically, and enables effortless visual inspection under the inverted microscope.
