Algorithms for enhancing the Power control strategies

My reseach area is into power management with respect to hybrid electric generation systems. Can any one assist me in developing a power control strategies using intelligent bio-inspired algorithms. Kindly suggest some efficient algorithms for developing a robust power control strategy.
With reference to the above question, what are the constraints that can be used for implementation and what will be the outcome of that?

For developing power control models, we can use simple yet efficient algorithms such as genetic algorithms, particle swarm optimization algorithm and BAT search algorithm. These algorithms play out the assessment procedure to establish the exact control signals for the system and builds up the control signals database for the offline way in light of the power variety between source side and the load side. For analysing the power flow management, the equality and inequality constraints are defined, which specifies the availability of the renewable energy sources, power demand and the state of charge of storage elements. With this proper control, HRES is able to significantly enhance the dynamic security of the power system
