Can I use the same topic for research that already been conducted in an article but for different location ?

Possibility of using the same topic of research with different locations.

I want to do my research using a study that has already been conducted in a different location for the article. Will repeating the same research under different conditions and locations make it look plagiarised since it has the same topic research?

Plagiarism is when you use others’ research and do not give credit in the form of citations and references in your research. You can work on the research gap such as Methodological gaps which will give you the idea of implementing new methods for the research, Conceptual gaps where you can work on new concepts to implement, Data gaps where you can check if there is a need for more research to get data or work on Geographical gaps where the research is not carried out based on the location. Working on any of these research gaps might give a completely different outcome and perspective to the research. It is like using a common method on a unique subject to receive different outcomes.
