Can't identify the problem statement

Hey, I need to identify the problem statement in my research, but I have many issues with this. I am listing them down:
First, I have no clear idea of the problem statement.
Second, I don’t know how to identify it
Third, what is the procedure?

I am attaching a link of a PDF below: https://education.nova.edu/Resources/uploads/app/35/files/arc_doc/from_problem_statement_to_research_questions.pdf It has every explanation about the problem statement which I think you should know.

A problem statement is an area of concern or a gap in the existing knowledge that points to the need for further research on that topic. A problem statement is used in research work as a claim that outlines the problem addressed by a study. The problem statement briefly explains the problem that the research will address.
