Chromonema vs centromeres

the constricted non-stained portion of chromosome is called centromere. 
 It is the specific part of the chromosome and remains constant for a particular chromosome. The spindles fibres are attached to centromere.

 Yes both chromonema and centromeres are an essential part of chromosome.

 During early prophase process, the chromosome consists of spirally coiled thin/ filamentous long continuous structure. This structure is called as chromonema.

 This structure is known as chromomeres.
