the citation guidelines varies in accordance with the type of source you wish to cite. 
  For example: When citing Ebooks, include the URL or DOI. Remember, the URL or DOI must be the last part of the citation.

If you are citing printed sources or a chapter or any article, follow these steps.
Print book – In the footnotes and endnotes: Include first name last name. Title of the book. 
In the bibliography: Include last name, first name. Title of book.
Chapters or articles from a book – If you want to cite merely a few chapters or articles from a book, 
then: In the footnotes and endnotes: Include first name, last name of the author, title of the chapter or article. book title. 
In the bibliography: Include last name, first name, title of the chapter, the title of the book.

If you want to cite print journals, then: In the footnotes and endnotes: Include first name, last name, “title of article,” 
journal title volume number, no. of issue: page range. In the bibliography: include last name, first name, “title of article,” 
journal title volume number, no. of issue: page range.
