In the initial stage, you have to collect the data. After gathering the data, inspect it. This is followed by coding units identification and analysing the data using those codes.

I don’t think there is any alternate method for evaluating the non-numerical data. However, some of the benefits of using this approach is that it is an easy technique and does not consume too much of time. It also lets a statistical analysis to be performed.
