Difference between the literature review, theoretical & conceptual analysis

Does a book of abstracts need to be accredited by NAAC or NBA in order to be considered as a conference publication?
Hi everyone, I know there are different criterias in academics for the conference papers to be considered as a conference publication. But is there any rule that states whether they need to be NAAC or NBA accredited or is it that the book of abstracts is not considered as a conference publication?
I am referring to the NAAC criteria 3 in which research, innovation and extension need to be in a paper. It’s subcriteria mentions that the book or chapters published in the last five years need to be added as per the edited volume of the book and the conference or proceeding in which it was included.
So, my question is whether the book of abstracts comes under the eligibility criteria to be considered as publication? Even when it is not a full-length paper? Even if it is with or without ISBN? Can including them improve the points?
I hope I have explained it well enough. Still if you have any other questions, please put it in the discussion.
