Is it possible to publish the raw data in different publications by presenting differently?

I am a Ph.D. researcher and currently working on marine invertebrates. I have generated the raw data from FTIR, NMR, and HRMS. Is it possible to use the same raw data in different publications if I have exhibited it differently, or will it become plagiarized content?

I plan to analyze the different components of the raw data to result in different solutions. I am afraid that using the same raw data for different publications will cause problems while publishing my research content. And it is difficult for me to generate the raw data again. Please, I request if anyone can provide me with a correct solution from your experience.

Hi Taylor,   It is possible to use the raw data in different publications with distinct solutions. Please be conscious that your result should not be a replica of your previous publication. Moreover, if you have an extensive database and more information, you can use the required data for your publication. However, if your results resemble the previous papers, then there is a possibility of getting rejected.   If you have different results on the same data, you can write a separate research paper on different results, further analysis, and aspects of the experiment.

The researchers need to give a different solution for the research. At least it is necessary to show a contrast between the main objectives you are working on. Repeating the measurements will cause a problem in one way or another. My advice for you is to use different analyses and conclusions for each publication. Differentiate your ideas and proposals so that they can help you in your research and future work. And using the same data is not appreciated though.   Best of Luck

Impossible, you cannot use the same raw data and results for publishing in different publications. Just try to push your research paper in a reputable journal to benefit you, and you don’t want to worry about publishing in more than one journal. My opinion for you is that clubbing the data together is the best way to get benefits. Still, if you are not clear with your perspective, try to approach a consultant; I suggest you go for a consultant like Chanakya Research; the experts there will help you with the best solutions.   www.chanakya-research.com,   All the best
