Is it possible to publish the raw data in different publications by presenting differently?
Â
I am a Ph.D. researcher and currently working on marine invertebrates. I have generated the raw data from FTIR, NMR, and HRMS. Is it possible to use the same raw data in different publications if I have exhibited it differently, or will it become plagiarized content?
Â
I plan to analyze the different components of the raw data to result in different solutions. I am afraid that using the same raw data for different publications will cause problems while publishing my research content. And it is difficult for me to generate the raw data again. Please, I request if anyone can provide me with a correct solution from your experience.

Hi Taylor,
Â
It is possible to use the raw data in different publications with distinct solutions. Please be conscious that your result should not be a replica of your previous publication. Moreover, if you have an extensive database and more information, you can use the required data for your publication. However, if your results resemble the previous papers, then there is a possibility of getting rejected.
Â
If you have different results on the same data, you can write a separate research paper on different results, further analysis, and aspects of the experiment.
