Method for analysing the acceleration

Hello, i am pursuing my PhD in fluid mechanics, and presently i am stuck in the middle of my research, where i should analyse the acceleration of my proposed fluid flow. Can anybody suggest me a method which can be adopted for analysing velocity, acceleration pressure etc at a point in fluid flow field?

The most accurate method which could be adopted for analysis in fluid mechanics is Eulerian method. This method should be adopted at the initial stage itself for predicting the acceleration and pressure wrt predefined velocity.
