You cannot choose any one among these just like that for your study. Each of the research has it own specification.  Quantitative research validates the hypothesis, quantify attitudes/behaviors/opinions from a larger sample population.  Whereas, qualitative research to formulates the hypothesis and helps to develop ideas. And moreover the type of research depends on your type of study.

A quantitative research is answer questions like where, what, when. On the other hand, qualitative research answers questions such as why and how.   Also you cannot declare that one method is more reliable over the other. As each research method is used for different purposes.

To successfully conduct quantitative research you should identify the research problem, prepare the research questions,   analyse the existing literature and develop a research plan. Whereas qualitative research involves identifying a research problem   or maybe stating the research problem, analysing the literature, specifying research questions, data collection, analysis and interpretation.   However, if you don’t know how to choose which is the right test for your study and how to conduct it, take help from the professionals.   Maybe you can try services offered by https://www.chanakya-research.com/, https://www.thesisclinic.co.uk/
