Parameters
6 years ago in Dissertation/Thesis By Varun T
Hello, I am a 3rd year PhD researcher and presently working on advanced roof design. My propsed roof design is accepted, but my mentor suggested me to build a test rig to perform the analysis. I want to know what are the parameters which have to be considered to build a test rig for the same?

To build a test rig, one must consider the type of materials which needs to be used. After which the thickness of the roof has to be incorporated with the elements and with the water filters if used. After which the sensors have to be installed in minimum three stages (top, Middle, and bottom) of the roof structure. Sensing devices should also be simple to use. Hence the main parameters to build a test rig for the roof are total thickness, type of materials and type of filters.
