  I guess you can use western blotting method.

  No, you cannot use western blotting method. This method is used to detect the activation of proteins that are included in a signaling pathway.

You cannot use western blotting method. You have to use surface plasmon resonance approach. 
  SPR technique does not ask you to label the protein of interest. 
  This enables you to bypass the extra work that is involved in engineering fluorescent rays and avoids the hurdle of using radioactivity.
