I want to write a manuscript journal. Which all chapters should I include here and how to effectively organise them?

A journal manuscript comprises of introduction, abstract, methods, results, and conclusion. 1.In abstract section, include a short description of the purpose of your paper. 2.In introduction chapter, provide a consistent nature of the journal. 3.Methods section comprises detailed information method you followed to conduct the research. 4.Include the outcomes of your study in the result section. 5.Conclusion section shows how your work advances in your field from the present state of knowledge.
