Computer language for PhD Data Science and Machine Learning

I am joining a PhD in Data Science and Machine Learning, so please let me know which computer languages should be considered for study. Can anyone please help me with this?

In order to study for a PhD in Data Science and Machine Learning, it is therefore crucial that the student understands programming languages such as Python – R are very commonly used; they include data analysis software alongside machine learning technologies. It is also great if you know SQL for databases and deep learning tools like Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
