What is density & distributed clustering model

Distributed clustering model is very simple. This model is based on the probability that all data points in a 
cluster belong to the same distribution. However, this model suffers from overfitting.

For density model you can consider the example of optics. 
Density model looks for the data space of varied density of data points. 
This model isolates different density regions & assign the data points within those regions.

an example for distributed model is expectation-maximisation algorithm which makes use of multivariate normal distributions
