Which tool should I use to convert word document into Latex document for journal artical?

I want to publish a journal article in a Journal but it is asking for a Latex format. I don't how should I convert a Microsoft Word document into a Latex document. As for the shares template by the Journal, I am unable to open it. Can anyone help me with what tool should I use?

There are many tools like Overleaf, Miktext, Texmaker and many more which are available online for both Windows and Mac for download. You can check out which works best for you and start making changes to your document. You can look for Microsoft Word to LaTex converter as well if you are not so familiar with the coding.
