No you cannot you t-test here. T-test is definitely used to determine significance difference between the mean of two groups.  But the groups will be related in specific features.

you have to use Z-test. It is a hypothesis test.

Use Z-test. But there are several considerations for performing this test. 1.Sample size must be greater than 30. If not use t-test. 2.Data points should be independent from each other. 3.Data must be normally distributed. 4.Data must be randomly chosen from a population. 5. Sample sizes must be equal (if possible)

Z-test is used different purpose. Z-test for single proportion Will be used to test a hypothesis on a population proportion value.  Z-test for difference of proportions can be utilised to test the hypothesis 2 populations having the same proportion.
