Analysis of a Designed system

Hello, I am a final year PhD student working on machine design analysis area. I have designed one component using cad tool but doing analysis of the same has become very difficult for me, in this case i want to know what are the factors which can effect in analysis of a Designed system using softwares and what terms are to be addressed to overcome those factors?
Please help.

Assumptions, material selection and analysis area are the factors which effects in analysing a designed system. At first, the assumptions which are has to be incorporated with the software used for analysis, material selection plays an important role in analysis stage hence material properties have to be defined for getting the desired output. Third, the iterations for analysis has to be calculated roughly so that the important section of the designed system which has to be analysed should give 90% of the output data.

https://www.tutorialspoint.com/system_analysis_and_design/system_analysis_and_design_overview.htm I can’t understand your query so that’s why i am attaching a link with the information about designed data and it’s analysis. Maybe, it would help you.

It’s the introduction to system analysis and design chapter from one of the research paper . http://download.nos.org/cca/cca1.pdf . I was not able to find something more relevant.
