My question is kind of weird, but I need to know that is there any concept called co-author in India also? As it is in Abroad when you can’t write your dissertation on your own, you can hire or appoint a co-author who can write some of your dissertation for you.
I want to have a co-author because I have no time to complete my dissertation now as my wedding has been fixed, so my whole day just drains out there. Please suggest.

No, you can’t hire any co-author officially as it is not ethical. No university allows such kind of thing. I would suggest you to take it unofficially and hire an expert from the websites that work around dissertation only.
