Determine the dimension of the flow consistency index

Hello, I am a PhD student and presently stuck in calculating the dimensions for my proposed fluid flow. Can anyone advise me with how can I determine the dimension of the flow consistency index for a fluid with a flow behaviour index?

This can only be determined by incorporating velocity gradient with shear stress relation. By this method, the dimensions of the flow behaviour index and flow consistency can be determined. This is the simplest form of calculating the flow behaviour index and flow consistency which can give 95% of accuracy in fluid flow behaviour.
