Fed up from my supervisor

Hey, I am writing this after utter frustration as I am fed up with my supervisor. I don’t know what is his problem but he reverts back to my emails after 1 week or more than that which is very weird and is delaying my work. I am very irritated at this point of time. Please, someone, suggest me that what should I do? should I complain about him? or should I let it go?

No, I don’t think you should let it go. I was in the same situation when I was doing my PhD, and I talked to my senior about it, he helped to get rid of the supervisor. You should also look for someone who you could trust and who could guide you properly regarding this.

If you feel like it’s getting out of control only then complaint otherwise DON’T, as these supervisors have many powers, he can also ruin your whole PhD program, and that would naturally, affect your career. That’s why I am saying if it is bearable then tolerate him.
I would suggest you one thing that you should start ignoring him.
