Mesh methods are divided into hexahedral and tetrahedral categories. For a body which can be swept, you can choose sweeping meshing approach. In this method, the target faces and source are automatically identified. Sweep is the default Workbench meshing approach if a body cannot be swept, it is free meshed with tetrahedral elements.

Manasa, you are absolutely right. For bodies that can sweep you can use sweeping mesh method. Hexa method is recommended for bodies that cannot be swept. The mesh contains a combination of tet and pyramid cells with majority of cell being of hex type. And multi zone is suitable for a class of problems for which the Sweep method would not work without extensive geometry decomposition. Note that sweep method and multi zone method are similar.
